All rooms are stocked with a selection of soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits, and other refreshments. Should you have any specific requirements we will do our best to meet your request.

All bathrooms are equipped with new trigger-operated hairdryers. However, if you do not find them comfortable we have a selection of different models for you to choose from.

Although we do not have dedicated data lines in the guest rooms, access is possible through the regular phone line. Local internet provider access is also available without the need of a password. However, please note that the rate is slightly higher than the regular dial-up charge.

Should you have any additional needs which will make you feel more at home, please indicate below and we will do our utmost to assist.

Note: Until recently it has been impossible to get same day international newspapers in Madeira. This situation is still not uncommon, however local suppliers are now more frequently able to receive by late afternoon on the same day. If they have them, we will get them.
